Dr. Lappetito
Dr. Lappetito
Medical Director

Dr. Lappetito graduated from Cornell CVM in 2009 and, after several years of working with horses and in mixed rural practice, moved to the Pioneer Valley because she loved the area. She spent 12 years doing emergency medicine for cats and dogs and now brings that experience to primary practice. She has a strong background in ultrasound diagnosis and loves working to treat the whole patient as well as helping people understand their animals’ health.

When not working, she spends her time gardening, knitting, reading, scuba diving, and taking long walks with her family and their Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, Holden.

Dr. Codd
Dr. Codd

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Codd grew up in Western Massachusetts and attended school in Ireland at the University College Dublin. With her childhood dream of being a vet, she has been practicing as a veterinarian for the last 10 years. Her favorite part of being a veterinarian is being able to help her patients feel their best. Dr. Codd enjoys surgery details, has a soft spot for elderly patients, and is developing plans to help control their aches and pains as they age.  When she is not working, Dr. Codd enjoys weight lifting, walking my dogs in the woods (Tayto, Banshee, Ralph, and Bindi), reading, and spending time with her husband.

Dr. Joss
Dr. Joos

Chief Medical Officer

Growing up in upstate New York, Dr. Joos knew she wanted to be a vet from a young age and loved accompanying her mom when she took their Golden Retriever to the vet. After graduation from Cornell University, where she completed both her veterinary and undergraduate degrees, Dr. Joos worked in Pittsburgh before moving to the Pioneer Valley. She practiced in western MA for 5 years before taking the plunge and purchasing her own practice in 2020.

Dr. Joos shares her family with her husband, two young children, and their furry family members, Maxie (golden retriever), Rizzo (Boston Terrier), and two medium-haired cats, Luca and Percy. In her free time, she loves cooking, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her family.
